The following Terms of Sale have as their object the purchase of products at distance via the web site www.dermo28.nl, belonging to Tuttestetica s.r.l. with registered office in Via M. D’Azeglio, 19 – 40123 Bologna (Italy).
All purchase transactions will be governed by the provisions of D.Lgs. of the 22nd May 1999 n. 185 and of the D.Lgs n.193/03 “Data Protection Law”, that governs the processing of personal data, also held abroad, carried out by anyone who is resident or located in Italy.
The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of the purchased order, declares having read and understood the terms and conditions of sale, the payment methods and the purchase procedure.
Before the purchase confirmation, the total cost of the order will be summarised to the customer, and he will have the chance of modify it or cancel the order. The products prices are clearly stated on the web site and they include VAT. To the product price it is to be add the delivery cost, which can vary depending on the chosen mode of delivery and/or the total cost of the order. In case of product not available to purchase, you will be informed via e-mail. Tuttestetica reserves the right to modify the prices stated on the web site www.dermo28.nl without any notice.

According to the D.Lgs. n. 206/2005 our costumers, definable for the Decree itself consumers, have the right to withdraw within 10 days of the receipt of the products. The withdrawal has to be communicated via registered letter with receipt notification stating the order number. It is possible to anticipate the decision of withdrawing the contract via fax or email. In each case, within two days a registered letter with the receipt notification must follow it. Within 10 working days, the customer has to return the goods intact and in the original packaging.
The costs of delivering are to be paid by the client.
The time limit for the refund is within 30 days.
